Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare Xbox One Wired Controller for PC Not Working

Since today I cannot play PvZ Garden Warfare on my xbox one wired controller for pc. It was working fine yesterday but not today when I wanted to play. Anybody else have this issue? Or has PvZ Garden...

try removing and reinstalling the drivers for the xbox one controller http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/controller-pc-compatibility

Unfortunately this did not help. I tried a different usb cable and nothing either. I'ts not the controller cause it works with other games on my pc.

  Perhaps:
  
  Go to Documents\PvZ
  
  rename that folder to PvZBackup or something.
  
  Run Origin as Admin.
  
  Repair PvZ.

    This did not work either :/
    I tried uninstalling and installing the game back as well and did not work :/
