Plants vs Zombies GW2 - Can't do Anything Except Move Backwards and to the Left

1 day, when I got on, I discovered I could not move forwards or to the right, use my abilities, or open the mailbox or the shop or the L.E.A.F. menu. I had thought of uninstalling it, but I was not sure if I would keep my progress. I have reset my settings, restarted my computer, tried switching characters and teams, but nothing seems to work. Instead of saying which buttons to use, all it says is 'NONE'. Please help!

    I already fixed this problem,just go to menu (ESC) and go to options,costumize controls and set up controls like before,idk why this happens

    I feel like I have tried everything. My son is dying to play again and do not know what else I can do. It was working for a long time and then one day just stopped. Exact same thing is going on as in the screenshot attached to the initial question - even the places where it just says NONE< NONE< NONE.

    I am on PC and had WIndows 10 but I thought that may be the issue so I went to WIndows 8 and still have the problem.

    Fixed !!! I had the same problem Couldn't move  Right or forwards How to fix = go to Options scroll down to bottom and go to customize controls and Rebind your Keys 🙂 hope this helps
