Plants vs Zombies GW2 - Can't do Anything Except Move Backwards and to the Left

Try to re-assign movement and ability keys in Options. See it it resets them to the original ones.

well when i go to options the options screen is blank and game freezes not being able to change or reassign my keys.

i reinstalled the game and it fixed the problem.  everything working perfectly.   THANKS!

Hi I have this problem too.  We have reinstalled three times, hit "repair"... nothing fixes it.  Very sad!  Please help!

I have that problem too! Repaired, nothing. Then reinstalled, nothing. I paid 80$ for it, other than bugs like this it's a very good game! I don't want to lose it! Also apparently you can change the controls and that will help, but I can't find the control selecting spot (I'm on PC)! Please help!

Same issue here on PC. It has been this way for many months and I have tried all the ideas people have mentioned. Still nothing...
