Plants vs Zombies GW2 - Can't do Anything Except Move Backwards and to the Left

two days ago my kid was logged in to play Plant Vs Zombies GW2 and couldn't play or do anything only Left and Backwards motion. all abillities are marked NONE NONE NONE.  can someone help us out plea...

    @coldbloodbnt   Try and repair the game, there is probably a corrupted file somewhere that causes the glitch.   If you want a more extreme approach, you should reinstall the whole game and see if it fixes the issue.  GL

Hi I have this problem too.  We have reinstalled three times, hit "repair"... nothing fixes it.  Very sad!  Please help!

I have that problem too! Repaired, nothing. Then reinstalled, nothing. I paid 80$ for it, other than bugs like this it's a very good game! I don't want to lose it! Also apparently you can change the controls and that will help, but I can't find the control selecting spot (I'm on PC)! Please help!

    Same issue here on PC. It has been this way for many months and I have tried all the ideas people have mentioned. Still nothing...

      Same problem here for my son, he cant do nothing with the game...horrible thing...

      Help please, i tried everything but nothing has helped to solve the problem...
