Plants vs Zombies Gw2 - Connection to EA servers timed out

Brand new CD installed Plants VS Zombies GW2 cannot connect to server, always stating timed out.  Tried 50  times no luck.  Xbox One S. My internet connections perfectly fine. Help please.  Tha...

I just had this problem on PS4. To fix it:
- settings
- account management
- sign out

sign back in then go open the game you want to play and see if that works.

If not the worst case scenario that has worked for me is to delete the user profile off the PS4 (doesn’t delete online game play, deletes things like story mode, offline content, pictures...). I had to do this because I closed a game while it was loading on accident.
