Plants vs Zombies GW2 "The program is stopped"

Are you using a 64-bit version of Windows? That is a requirement:

MINIMUM

RAM: At least 4GB for Windows 7 / Windows 8.1 / Windows 10

DirectX: 11
Input: Keyboard and Mouse, Analogue Controller
Online Connection Requirements: 192 KBPS or faster internet connection

    CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz
    RAM: 4GB
    Video: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 650 1110Mhz PCI-E 3.0 1024Mb 5000Mhz 128 bit
    DirectX: 11

    Online Connection Requirements: 30 MBPS

      Can you try running the game directly from this location on your machine and let us know if you can play:

      C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2\GW2.Main_Win64_Retail.exe

        The situation does not change. The game appears in the task manager and a window with an error appears
