Hi,
Is there any specific error message that you're getting when trying to connect? Have you tried connecting an ethernet cable directly from your PS4 to your router?
If the issue persists then make sure that you've opened the appropriate ports for online gameplay, on your network. Further connection troubleshooting is available in the following articles:

Let me know if you have any further questions.
- Anonymous10 years agoIt didnt show me any sign or code. I already connected that with using ether net cable and I don't think my router is not a problem because my cousin could use his ps4 with the same router perfectly. Yet, He has never had the same problem that I have.

Are you perhaps trying to connect with a sub account? Those types of accounts won't have access to online gameplay. Make sure that you also run a Playstation 4 connection test as it could be that some of the settings on your console are off, compared to that of your cousin.
If the issue persists then reach out to an EA Advisor so that they can have a look at your account as well.
- Anonymous10 years agoNope. This is my main account, but it is not my main ps4. I have 2 ps4 right now and one is in the us and another one is in Japan. I just came back to Japan for awhile and tried to play this new one. Is it because I still have the main one in the us and don't reset or anything, I cannot connect or login to ea server with new ps4 in Japan?
I already checked that with him and can't find any differences between us except old console or new...
