Hi, I have a question. Because I would like to log in to Plants vs. Zombies heroes and I don't know how, because when I enter the game in the settings tab, the "my account" button does not appear. Please help.

I took a look at the screenshot you had posted, and it looks like the lack of button may be that you're ineligible to link your account. Did you perhaps set up the account as an underage account during the age verification screen on installation?
Accounts created under the age of 13 (in most regions) are considered child accounts and can't be linked to Game Center, Google Play or an EA Account due to social account restrictions.

I am having the same issue, the actual tab under “settings” where all the account info and linking accounts to FB and whatnot is not there. I certainly did not register my account as under 18. Please advise if you have any work fix for this, as I am getting a new device soon, and want to transfer all the many many many hours of time and money invested into this game to my next device.
Did you ever get resolution? EA has been giving me the run around for a year.
