Plants vs Zombies on iOS black screen during Music Video/Credits

Hello,

I have already sent this issue into EA support twice now, but thought I would post it here too.  I have recently begin to replay Plants vs Zombies on both my iPad and my iPhone.  The iPad version is labeled as Plants vs Zombies HD, and was a separate purchase from the normal Plants vs Zombies.  I have an 11" iPad Pro from 2018 and in iPhone 12 Pro Max running the respective version of the game (iPad has HD version, iPhone has normal version).  All iOS as well as app updates are current.  In both versions, when you attempt to view the credits, it instead shows a black screen.  If you wait the requisite amount of time, it goes back to the title screen.  Both of these games do not appear to have been updated for a couple of years, and this is probably just an "issue" with iOS 14 and the game.  Has anyone here seen this issue, or know how to work around it?  Thanks!

    @LinkRTS The original PvZ is one of our older tiltes at this point, can you try going through our Apple steps to see if this continues?

    @EA_Illium Hi :-). I have tried those steps multiple times. It is either a bug with iOS 14 or the Plants vs. Zombies game, and will require a patch to fix. This problem is 100% reproducible across multiple devices.
