Groody's main use was only when standing inside it. Once you where outside you basically didnt have to worry.
I like that they tried to buff the effect after leaving, but higher dmg was bad. It should have probably been something like the inablitiy to sprint as long as the effect lasts.
@Lybry_BookI disagree. Giving the ability infinite stun as long if the toxic effect persists without a Scientist around to cleanse the toxic effect is terrible balance. Chomper was really bad before the Grody Goop damage buff simply because he lacked damage output at close range and he did not feel like a close range brawler at all. Chomper now feels like an actual close range brawler, like Super Brainz. If you need to counter Chomper, go Engineer. If you need to counter Super Brainz, go Citron. Peashooter also works really well.
