Even if the development team doesn’t want to take the advice of those of us who’ve been here for years, they could still acknowledge us....
Fact is, EA staff can’t change anything with the game and/or gameplay and Popcap doesn’t care.
Not trying to be a downer but warn others to manage expectations so you don’t end up wasting countless hours per day on a forum that doesn’t care and CANNOT change the game.
What a wasted chance to cater to your target crowd. Instead, they take for granted we’ll keep lapping up the shortcomings.... 😡
@spIash_damage You are so right. Even on this forum, it seems like nothing gets their attention at all. They should be flattered that their community cares about their game, and ppl rn are doing so much for repairville, but they just don't want to contribute. We barely hear any news from pvz devs, and rlly, the only thing we get from them communication wise is the patch notes (btw Tourist Trap Island removed today to check lag issues). But still, even the QOL cards (stream sniping and DX12 support) have been removed from the trello board which clearly shows that PopCap didn't care about it, despite it being their since founders'.
- @Shadowphinx101 Wait so they're not going to add streamer mode? That's a shame, so many PvZ youtubers don't play the game anymore because of targeting.
- @shurikeninja Well I don't rlly no, but I noticed John changed the trello board. They are going to look at Tourist Trap, but they have COMPLETELY removed the Quality of Life section, including the streamer mode. So, they probably aren't going to add it, considering it's been there for months.
They really should add a streamer mode. Zack has slowed on his videos (even though his last BfN video has over 100k views), and I haven't seen any from Wolfy or Zero in a bit. I can't see adding that as a bad thing, even if you don't watch them, it makes the game more enticing to see people actually enjoying the game and sharing that on Youtube.
- @Iron_Guard8 Sad news about Wolfy rlly. He said he was gonna slow down on PvZ, came back a few weeks later, got targeted and I'm pretty sure he's in no rush to go back to the franchise. Zero doesn't post it as often now, and he definetly doesn't stream it often, I would say once a week. It's really sad, even though YT and streamers are what popularise and keep the hype for games.
