Plants VS Zombies X-one freeze, invisible characters, game crashes, freezeups

I played perfectly fine up until i opened the packs for the berry peashooter and the citrus cactus. Now my game kicks me out to the Xbox one homescreen, i spawn appearing invisible on my screen not able to do anything but die, i get a black screen with audio of what is going on around me but the lil sunflower is in the thinking icon in lower right hand corner, or when i launch anything but a solo garden ops. anything with online no longer works. WHY!?! what can i do to fix this?
