Up until the introduction of the daily challenge, I was pretty much only getting two or three copies of each event card. If I have a family/social/church engagement, then I'll need to spend gems to refresh my ticket boost, but I'd rather spend gems on packs. So I too wouldn't mind an easier go of getting 4x event cards as that would give my required play some much needed breathing room.

the fact that it is easier to get tickets not change. IMHO, his idea is ok, but his reasoning full of self-centered reasons. This game is business. As long as the feature not have benefit much to owner, i'm afraid it won't be considered at all
