Please Fix: Black Screens

I said this in another topic that I had made and hoped they would fix it in the last patch, but they didnt. So Im stressing it again.

Please fix the black screens when it comes time to pick your character or you spawn in.

Im on PS4 but I think I read it happens on XB1 too. Its very annoying in Turf Takeover when you're a plant and you spawn in late and Zombies are already getting a free cap because most of the Plants team are stuck on a black screen and cant do anything. Or you spawn in and are there, but you yourself cant see anything because of the black screen with the loading flower. But you can still hear action going on. Pretty sure someone can kill you too, and this isnt cool!

Anyway, Please Fix! Annoying!
