"Please update your AMD Radeon Driver" Even though GW2 worked last time?

I'm moving houses and just plugged in my pc and wanted to play some GW2, when i opened it had a problem and when i tried to update it it just gave me error 195. It might be because of my internet but idk cause I'm connected to my Iphone's hotspot rn. GW1 works perfectly fine though
