100% sure no software is interfering?
What do CPU / GPU usage levels look like? (Afterburner or many other programs can do this, DO NOT use their overlays but if you must there are work arounds... just get it working first before adding more variables)
Tried disabling Origin In Game? Shift+F1, joining friends games quickly through it and coins shop won't work without OiG.
Do you have BF4 or any other games? Assuming they work dandy?
Did you try either Live Chat or Callling options in the "Contact Us" link for EA?
