This is absolutely correct, but developers really do have to understand that the average person is NOT able to offer the best of feedback...
**Captain American 2 SPOILERS**
Have folks seen Captain America 2? There's a part where Robert Redford, a member of the high council, is talking with the rest of the council... And he basically mentions that if they bend with every type of criticism or negative event, then it is perhaps they themselves who need oversight.
The moral of my point is that you can't modify your game with every little piece of criticism, especially when coming from people who don't know what they're talking about.
