Port Forwarding in PVZ GW2

Hy! I have some problem with multyplayer in PvZ GW2.... 

I want use port forwarding of my router to fix this problem. 

But..i find TCP and UDP port,And I can not understand which of the two ports to use for UDP: 

These are the ports: 

TCP Ports:3074

UDP Ports:3659,49152-65535  

In the udp I have to use 3659,49152-65535 or I have to use only 3659 or 49152-65535?
