Premium Pack Bundles

Well, I just gave my account to my friend to login because she can buy all the bundles and it seems like on my account she cannot. 

So what is it, because I'm high ranked the option is gone? Not a device issue then...

i'm a new player (5 days) and i only have had the option to get a premium pack for 100 gems or normal pack for 100 coins. never seen a bundle.

you usually get bundles after completing missions for a particular hero

I read a comment somewhere of a guy saying the same thing, I guess you have access to less packs once you reach a certain rank.

They could have said it I guess... Because it's a pretty bad surprise when you realise it..

That seems like a bad business model. It's punishing your most loyal (and probably most spending) customers. 

Same experience here. I have most cards, and 9 of the plant heroes, but I do not have all cards, and only 4 of the zombie heroes. And yet, I see only two very basic packs to buy on the 'packs' tab, and two random, uninteresting packs on the 'for you' tab. I still get the little red circle with the white number occasionally, seeming to indicate that there *should* be new packs available to view, but there never are. Just two on each page. 

I do not think this is intentional.

I reported this all to CS, and they suggested I come read this forum. Gee, thanks.
