Ouch, that hurts. When I bought my 1000 gem multipack, I think I got 3 legendaries and 8 super-rares. And that's half of your 2000 gem pack! I didn't get any heroes, but I have had all of them since about July. Yeah, I started playing in March when the soft release released. And when it says Super-Rare guaranteed, it means for the entire multipack, not one for each pack.
Consider yourself lucky. When I opened the 1000 gem pack I got 1 Legend and 4 SR.
I've had better luck opening one at a time for 100 gems.
When I opened my multipacks (23 premium packs) and saw I got only one legendary and no heroes... I told myself I should have bought premium packs one by one instead...
What a shame... 2000 gems for "nothing"..... I better restart a new account rather continuing playing with the current one...
