Problem after Update

Hi, after the new DLC, I'm having troubles with my PvZ. It lost the connection or it crashs. Not only crash, but I need to restart the console to make it work. I don't know how to solve it, can anyone help me? Thank you.

They said that 2 days ago and it still hasn't happened. That technical difficulty sign on the billboard is still up there. I hope it's done soon.
