I bought a gw2 coins pack but I didn't get my coins!

I wanted to but some abilities from rux shops so I went to go purchase some coins since grinding in gw2 is a pain I bought the largest pack possible the 2,500,000 coins pack when I looked at my currency nothing changed so I spent all that money for nothing I don't know if this is happening for anybody else a in game bug or what
