Progress has disappeared - PVZ 1

Hi there! I was playing today (November 27th, 2023) and was in the zen garden. Went to main menu and suddenly the game crashed. When I reopened it, I now have no progress at all, and i have no idea how to get it back!

PVZ 1 on iPhone 8 plus

Username PlagueDoctor13 

I have restarted the app multiple times, restarted my device multiple times, and other such steps. Please help!

  • @hf7n7ejqvx7s Hey, for this, if you have logged back in, or out and back in with the right accounts, and it isn't there, you will need to reach out to support.

    You will need to list as much info as you can so that they can take a look at that with you. Also, if you made any purchases through Apple, attach those receipts too so they don't have to ask you for them.

    @hf7n7ejqvx7s Hey, for this, if you have logged back in, or out and back in with the right accounts, and it isn't there, you will need to reach out to support.

    You will need to list as much info as you can so that they can take a look at that with you. Also, if you made any purchases through Apple, attach those receipts too so they don't have to ask you for them.

    @p4wqdawo57jz You have to be linked to an account before you switch devices. You cannot manually transfer it to a new device. If you are linked, once you in stall and get past the tutorial, it will load up your account.

    If not, you have to reach out to live support so that their team can look into getting that part linked and resolved for you.

    @p4wqdawo57jz The best thing to do if it was not connected is to contact Pop Cap and have them take a gander. If you were linked, the moment you log in, you can sync up your user and it will say you logged in as (iOS profile Google Play Profile) 

    With mobile games we don't have access to the data, especially over the forums. That requires access to tools on a support level.
