Very good changes, i cant agree with too characters btw: Scientist and Brainz. They are REALLY broken rn, they need more nerfs to get balanced. Brainz's damage on Flying Fists needs to Go down to 40 dmg, and Scientist's TPs needs WAY more cooldown (9 -> 18).

Ultra Ball needs to do 130 and 50 Splash with smaller Hit Box and Splash radius, its sooooooo broken now.

Engineer and Space Station Needs more nerfs than This too, Just like Cactus and Pirate (Alacrity and Barrel Blast).
