[PS] - PvZ GW2 Login Credentials Expired

So I am trying to play Plants vs Zombies GW2 on a PS4. I've previously played (a lot) of GW2 on this PS account. But now, every time I try to play, it says my credentials have expired and prompts me to reset my password. Problem is, I don't remember what email I used to set up an EA account on this PS account (it wasn't this one). So I tried logging in with my PS account info (clicked on the PS logo at the EA login page). It said that my PS account is already linked to some email address I've never seen and that I've never seen but it looks like it has been disabled - see attached screenshot (I never requested for this account to be disabled). Basically, at this point, I have no idea what I should do. Any help would be appreciated.

PS - There was an almost identical issue I found someone else having here:

When helping with certain issues, like account changes, we must verify that you own this account. We want to make sure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help out with your issue currently.

When you receive a credentials expired error, this can be resolved in a couple of different ways.

    • Reset the password to the original email on the EA account and log back into any EA site using those login credentials.
    • If these steps do not work, it either created a new EA account with the original email, or that was not the original email on the EA account.
    • Contact live support. They will locate the account and have a process to get this account info updated.

If you are not able to gain access to the email on file, or for some reason, the password reset did not resolve the issue, you will need to reach out to live support by clicking Contact Us on any help.ea.com page to start a new case. Please first delete all cache and browser history from the browser(s) you normally use.

    • Select the EA App
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
    • Select Continue without logging in
    • This should give you the chat/email option

If you’re able to regain access to your email account later, you can resume this case on EA Help at help.ea.com/my-cases/.
