PS4 - can’t play garden warfare 2 - must sign in to psn

Hi can someone help me please, my son is trying to play Plants vs Zombies garden warfare 2 but every time he tries to play it says you must be signed into PlayStation network....which he is. Everyth...

Is he on an underage account/sub-account? In some regions there can be some tight restrictions on what accounts can play. If you have other accounts are they able to play?

Yea he has an underage account but he used to be able to play it but the last 2 weeks he’s been having issues. I have an account but he wants to play his own account and get his own trophies
