Same problem here.
Sighned to PSN, have PS Plus, have latest PS OS, have linked EA account through Origin and tried three different providers.

And... Electronic arts??? How much cost tears of child on his birthday?!
having the game now for a couple of months i was finally able to play it yesterday! Not sure what the deal was but my son left mortal kombat X in the machine and restarted it with that game in it and replaced it with gw2 after restart and it took off. not sure if it works doing that with other games or not, going to try it today, who knows maybe just a glitch.Not sure what the deal is!

That's great news - let us know how you get on. It seems that this is a really widespread issue (despite what EA say) - a quick look through other posts in this topic area show lots of people suffering the same problem.
