[PS4] Can't play PvZ GW2 - 'must be signed into PSN' problem

Hi! I hope someone can help with a solution! I have a PlayStation 4, and when I try to load and play PvZ GW2 it keeps returning an error 'must be signed into PSN'. It has never loaded and played. ...

Its a really hard one to track as I have been in contact with several people with the issue and they have it sometimes, then can connect at other times.  It doesnt seem to have anything to do with our servers....we are aware of it and trying to figure it out but this one is tough as its infrequent and seems to just work sometimes and not work other times.

EA has been aware of this for this long and still no resolution. bought ps4 and pvzgw2 new, downloaded patch and game only works when signed into psn. when can we expect a fix??? how many children must suffer?

    I have pvz garden warfare the only game i could afford for my son and he cant play it
