PS4 PvZ GW2 EA Link to PvZ Heroes. No reward has come through.

Question

I have had PvZ Heroes sense the release and only just had news that I could get the customisation of the characters on PvZ GW2. I have linked the account but I have not received anything. My friend has done this at the same time as me and he has received the reward. I have been told on EA Help Answer HQ Chat that it may be a bug. Any help?

It is indeed bugged for apparently a significant percentage of users.

You could try contacting the popcap employees who have a twitter presence. Every now and then one takes the initiative to fix individual problems like this.

Answer

Thank you, that sounds great. Do you know of any specific twitter users to contact?

pandareno1999 · Answer

Justin Wiebe and Shaun Laker are active on twitter.
