PS4 to PC: Rebuy?
I got the game on ps4 and connected it to a origin account. Recently, I moved to the PC and I connected both accounts. Will I have to rebuy the game? If I don't, then how do I get the game?

It is a different platform so you would have to purchase it for the pc.
Unfortunately if you want to play the game on multiple platforms, you're going to need to buy it again. There's no workaround for that.ᵇᵉᶜᵃᵘˢᵉ ᵐᵒⁿᵉʸ
If you use the same Origin account, your data might transfer over, at least. I don't own the game on anything but PC so I don't know personally.
It was just recently announced that there will be no more major updates to GW2 so buying again just wouldn't make sense unless you can get it really cheap.
I wouldn't know myself, but many people say the PC player base is quite small.
