PVZ Heroes - No match found

You can‘t play online if your phone isn‘t in english. This bug has existed for years and it kept me and probably many others from playing the game. So just fix it please.

Idk if ea hasn’t known about it when they last updated the game in june but it affects like more than half of all phone owners. online play is kind of a big part of the game and it worked before so it is possible.

So ea must not have known. Maybe they see this and just fix it. Please

    Hello everyone,

    I've gathered several recent reports here, regarding a "No match found" error when attempting to play both casual and ranked multiplayer matches, unless your device's language is set to English (US).

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    Please send me your Player ID via private message. You can find it in-game at the bottom of the screen, after tapping the gear-shaped icon to open the Settings.

    In the meantime, please try our troubleshooting steps for Android devices here and iOS devices here, also continue changing your device language to English (US) to check if you can find opponents afterward. It will help us confirm whether the issue only occurs when using a device language other than English (US).

    It may also be helpful to know what kind of device you're using to play, specifically the brand, model, operating system, and the language you set it to.

  • Why do I want to play ranked but can't meet opponents? Please find us with other players 

  • So about last year in December, my PVZ heroes, just randomly started started saying “No matches found” on casual and ranked games, and I always delete and redownload hoping it will work but it just says no match found, which has been very frustrating because I really enjoy playing those modes, I’ve posted here about this issue before and still nothing.

    I have the same problem and the only solution i found is to turn my phone on english instead of french and everything was back to normal but you already have english so maybe try american english instead or if your already in American english try some other language also the dev should really patch this it's annoying

    It's been almost 3 years since I've actively played this game. And I only ever stopped because of this annoying bug! Daily challenges are also gone, and it always shows a connection error when loading up the game, which just dissapears if you spam the try again button fast. But the big "no match found" bug now has no fix whatsoever. Because setting my system language to American English no longer fixes it. The game has been unplayable for years, please someone just fix this already! Telling people to change their system language was never good support in the first place.

  • Every time I try to play ranked, it looks for an opponent, but it always pops up because it can't find the match, please help.
