ps4 to xbox one transfer on pvz gw2?

i've been looking for answers to see if there is a transfer available for ps4 to xbox one, and even though i see it's not available since february of 2017 apparently for xbox one to ps4, i was still wondering if it was the slimmest chance that it was different for ps4 to xbox one. 

honestly, due to my siblings, ive melted like 300+ dollars into that game. i originally played it on ps4, but my ps4 broke and i couldn't play it on there anymore. on top of that, the disc was terrible at one point and took like 30 tries to load the game anyways. i recently switched to an xbox one, and was hoping that since my EA account has my ps4 and xbox one gamertags under it, it would sync my progress. apparently not? honestly i've poured so much money into this game, if i cant have a transfer at this point i want. my. money. back. it's not like i can reboot my ps4 up to separately play gw2 either, its literally broken.
