PSN store doesn't show I own the Deluxe edition
I preordered the Deluxe Edition on the US PSN store. For about 2 weeks leading up to launch, the games on the store said "Unavailable" where others all say "Preordered". I couldn't get it to preload without going to the PC store and downlading it there.
Now today, the game is installed but in the PSN store, it says I only own the regular edition and the deluxe is $69.99. But under PSN add-on's, it shows the deluxe addon and says I own it. When I go to my game, I think I have all the add-ons, but only works for my account, not my son's account on my system at all (which may be by design, not sure since other games every account got the Deluxe content).
Even weirder, if I go to Safari on my phone, it shows both Deluxe and Standard as "Purchased" and the add-on as "Purchased".
But IE and Chrome show the same as the PS4 actual PSN store, wanting me to buy the deluxe edition again. I have plenty of screen shots showing all this as well. Just confused and worried that at some point the game isn't going to work or something along those lines.
@ExtremeGamerSB - that does sound a bit confusing.
We had it confirmed yesterday that only the main account will get the deluxe items, not any of the sub accounts.
Out of interest were you able to jump into the game and collect the rewards from the mailbox? It may just be a graphical thing if it's showing on some browsers that you haven't bought it when you actually have.
