It is something that has happened to me too. I do not usually use this card, but for those who use it, it is annoying that it attacks a zombie who is already dead.
Maybe it's a way to level things (who knows?), since its effect is a bit devastating, especially when several Punish-Shroom come together.
I could see how it is annoying to play against it, but I still think it needs to be fixed.
Dead zombies shouldn't absorb hits.
