it's not an error, technically.
The game mechanics require effects/animations to take place before deaths
for example - this is how Imp-Throwing gargantuars will toss an Imp before dying.
Ways in which this can be abused are things like Unlife of the Party + Fireworks Zombie.
Played in that order, it will create a 2/1 UotP
Also - a (buffed) Kangaroo attacking a Briar Rose. (or a reduced Briar Rose) - The Kangaroo doesn't die but bounces to zombie player's hand.
I had no idea that Kangaroo Rider did not die due to Briar Rose's ability. Is the Kangaroo a Highlander relative? =O
- @jaydabbler i was under the impression it was dead and then it was another attack after... i.e. bananasaurus kills, then attacks the hero type thing...
I may have misreadwell - speaking to that example.. Bananasaurus does a second attack at the end of the attack phase for that lane, it is not a special effect or animation.
