Every character has a counter/nemesis. A group of Roses, play park ranger or centurion, with multi rocket. Works every time.
But don't make rose too weak, otherwise scientists and imps can overrun the cactus and flowers.
Too many aggressive scientists or imps? Burn em up with fire rose, (charge shot) Works every time.
Too many brains? Mystic cactus, works every time.
Corn husk hop? Try all star long bomb when they launch, nice surprise.
