Puzzle Party 09/12/18 UNBEATABLE
Today's Puzzle Party appears unbeatable ... looks like the devs posted a puzzle from last year, but forgot that they NERFED the Mudella environment in between. Or am I missing something?

Can someone help me figure out why I’m not being offered the free packs? I went to “for you” but there is nothing there. I turned off my phone and restarted it as well as restarted the app.
Logged in, the free packs were waiting in "For You" tab. I also got 2 packs.
The thing that seems to have been overlooked are the tickets.
The free cards are nice, thank you very much EA.
The fact remains, however, that the first bonus allotment of 200 tickets has been disrupted, and no player was given the ticket reward for Day 2, and the subsequent impact on timing/weekly card collection.
If still not finding the packs, contact them would be my first suggestion..
