pve3 Battle for Neighborville can not start,anticheat

My game (Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville) won't start, showing the message 'You need to have the latest version of EA AntiCheat to start the game. For instructions on how to update to the latest version, please see: https://help.ea.com/help/pc/ea-anticheat/. (115)'.
I have already uninstalled and reset updates many times.

Install the EA anti cheat javelin file and repair the game files from the EA anti cheat Installer and update the file from EA anti cheat installer and your game should work.
