PvZ 1 on mobile won't restore purchases.

I recently had to factory reset my phone and when I went to play PvZ1 again, all of my purchases and my progress were gone. I saw no way to restore my purchases and am rather annoyed as I had complete...

    @NoctisSicarius66 Did you have your game linked or were you playing on a guest account? 

    If so the best thing to do is speak with our live support to see what can be done.  

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat

The game doesn't ask you to link with your origin account. I might be linked on google play but otherwise no.

@NoctisSicarius66 If the account was unlinked and you were playing on a guest account then  you will need to speak with live support.
