PVZ 2 Online Multiplayer Issues

Question

When I try to access online multiplayer mode, this message comes up. It says "You or a member of your group does not have correct permissions to access online features." I do not know if this was decided at the beginning of the game, as my little brother said it was asking him questions but he did not pay attention to them. I checked all my xbox preferences were turned on for online playing, but i cannot find what the problem is. Please help!

If your parent or guardian created an EA Account for you when you were underage, your account is a child account.

If you have recently turned 13* you now have the option to update (or age-up) your account to an adult account. This will give you full access to all Origin features.

NOTE: Underage accounts are for children 12 years and younger. When your child turns 13*, he or she will be able to age up their account to an adult account.&nbsp;*Players in Ireland must be 16 and players in Australia must be 15 to update to an adult account
