Community Manager@DorieTruong With Pvz 1 I am afraid with the age of the game, once that progress is gone, you have to start over. I have tested this many ways to find a workaround and they're isn't one.
For PvZ2, you can reach out to support and they can take a look and provide the options for you.
For HD games - GW1/GW2/BFN - there is a known issue with these titles being reset that the games team is working on getting resolved. Due to the age of these and the number of players, this may take time to get sorted.

@DorieTruong You can go into the in-game settings through the Help section and fill out a ticket, or use the following:
Go to Help.ea.com and select the following
- Select the Games Support tab
- Select EA App or EA account
- Select See all help topics
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- Add your player ID from within the game and all relevant information on your account
