PvZ battle for Neighborville shutting off Ps4

I don't get how All the methods I tried that were available to make it work. NOTHING was working. And the constant shut offs of the PS4 keeps making me have corrupted data and I have to factory reset everything and put it back in. This has never happened before let alone All methods being useless. Idk what to do either cuz from all known attempts to fix it, Nothing works and the game just stays Useless on my storage but I don't want to delete it, I really wanna fix it. I just don't wanna have to be frustrated from the same Thing happening often than it should.

    Hey @Gremlingamin,

    Can I ask what you've tried to resolve this?

    What I'm getting from this post is that when you launch the game, it shuts off your PS4 entirely? Or does it happen while you're playing the game?

    Do you have this particular issue with any other games?

    I've deleted and reinstall the application, Nothing works. Deleted all the data of the game and reinstalled it, Nothing works then my Ps4 needed a Factory full reset from the shut downs causing data corruption. That didn't work either. I've tried safe mode and nothing still seems to work. This is the only game that always does this. All other games were completely fine. But Idk what else to do at all since Sony refused to help me.
