pvz battle for neighborville won't open(STEAM)

I bought plants vs zombies Battle for Neighborville on steam and when I launch the game the launcher appears(and the anti-cheat loading screen too) and then the black window of the game opens for 3 s...

 I know this is a bot answer, but yes, I tried everything you've mentioned and it didn't help me.

@Dezeerr_rr same here and EA support ı cant reach on live,why,ıdont know!!!
in my cases section,there are two cases and EA fixed these then what--'some EA advisor will contact me' ım sure,it has passed fourteen days ı asked my issue,still...
ı bought EA play membership and deluxe editon dlc is playable on Steam and here ı am,SAD
