PVZ Battle for Neighbourville stuck in infinite loading screen

On both mine and my daughters PSN accounts  Plants vs Zombies: Battle for Neighborville is stuck in an infinite loading screen. It attempts to boot up but then stalls and doesn’t progress any further. 

Ive logged into our EA accounts and checked that they are linked to our PSN accounts. Restarted the ps4. Still have no success in rectifying the issue.

    Hey @SobriquetV,

    Can you try restoring the licenses in your PS4 settings, and doing a hard reset on your Console?

    Select Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses, then fully turn off your PS4 for 30-60 seconds, and turn it back on.

    Try launching the game again, and see if you still have this issue.

    If so, I would recommend trying to uninstall/reinstall the game, and see if that helps.

    Thank you for your guidance on this issue. The game was only reinstalled yesterday after initialising the ps4 due to a safe mode infinite loop. 

    I have just restored the licenses and powered off the ps4 as per your suggestion.

    Unfortunately the game is still stalling on the load screen. It states that it is matchmaking, that a match has been found, switches to the next title screen and then stalls indefinitely.

    I’m also stuck on PC. Another pc with same specs loads the game. It’s very odd
