I also could not download the switch version of this comic, the link you sent does not help there is no actual link to download on this page,from what I can tell EA cannot see the purchases made on the switch, if you click the nintendo link it just takes you to the nintendo store where it says its already purchased, as far as I can tell no link there either. I spent the best part of a whole day on support to EA and nintendo both of wich offered very little help unfortunatly. if anyone does find a solution to this for nintendo I would appreciate it
That is weird - it should work the same way as if you were to download it from a Console or PC. It is possible EA has not fully implemented this comic download feature for Switch as the game has just come out, or maybe I should try and look into this further to see why this is the case.
yea I tried to log out and back into EA before visiting the page, after talking with EA they say they cant even see the purchase on my account, which is odd as I downloaded my EA data and found it right away, I need to revisit support and find out what thats all about. seems to not be detecting the purchase somehow even tho I got all of the other bonus content when in game, also tried to redownload the game, only thing I havnt done and am slightly worried about loosing save data is unlink my account which was first linked via need for speed remastred but again they couldnt even see that on my account at EA, so far that game has worked fine for me played online with friends crossplay I dont own any other EA titles on switch to try relink with anyway.
quick update I unlinked my Nintendo account from EA and then linked it again useing pvzbfn this time instead of Need for speed Hot persuit remastered, still after visiting the comic page It does not detect my purchase so now im totally out of ideas both support of nintendo and EA have been amazingly bad this forum is likely my last hope.
I still cannot download the comic and I think this needs to be fixed and the games season decorations seem to be locked to luck of the zombie last I checked

Possibly my last update on this unfortunatly, Nintendo finally got back to me and their solution is a refund but they will remove the licence to play the game, as the game was bought for my nephew this was not an option, so they have gotten away with selling a product and not delivering all of the advertised content which in my mind from such a big company is disgusting.I would advise anyone else with this issue to look no further as there is a problem with the link from Nintendo to EA, EA could not deteect the purchases and so the link to the comic wont work for nintendo users, if you press the matter you can get a refund however they will delete the game from your account and so I susspect most of us will end up just giving up on this and letting them win.
- @MourYum the only thing I can see working is if they change the code to find the complete edition pre order instead of the deluxe edition of the game witch is not on switch
