Possibly my last update on this unfortunatly, Nintendo finally got back to me and their solution is a refund but they will remove the licence to play the game, as the game was bought for my nephew this was not an option, so they have gotten away with selling a product and not delivering all of the advertised content which in my mind from such a big company is disgusting.I would advise anyone else with this issue to look no further as there is a problem with the link from Nintendo to EA, EA could not deteect the purchases and so the link to the comic wont work for nintendo users, if you press the matter you can get a refund however they will delete the game from your account and so I susspect most of us will end up just giving up on this and letting them win.
