Dear EA Community Staff, In February, my main account was hacked. The hacker accessed my account and altered my Master Rank to an extremely high number. I had spent $90 on the account, but now I can no longer access BFN with this account. Which means its a breach of my personal account privacy I used to spend at least $90 on my BFN account but now I have lost ALL of my financial purchases on this account. My main account ID is Remlnlscence, and its email is [edit: email address removed].
Later, I purchased a second account and spent $150 on it. Unfortunately, this account also fell victim to malicious hacking and modifications, and I am now unable to log into BFN with it as well. Its ID is BowMaster_King.
