@TheSprinter85 I chatted with EA HELP for nearly 2 hours and they were unable to resolve this. They recommended I request a refund through Microsoft.

@Ayyds  If you haven’t already, try restarting your Xbox console once and see if that does anything. It’s probably best to request a refund, or wait for a patch and see if you then get your items. 😞🙂
