Unfortunately. the MAC reset didnt help ☹️

Hi, an update completed not long ago (but after @ArtekAU's post) that'll hopefully address this. 

Can you check again now?

      @ArtekAU I had to request a refund from Microsoft. EA HELP was unable to do anything about it. Bummed cause I would like to have the content, but I’m not gonna pay and then not get anything.

      @ArtekAU Are you saying that you still can't get the content? Can you restart your game client and check the store to see if you have anything to download, then check Rux again?
