PVZ crashes during load

I bought this game somewhere in December when it was on sale. I still havent got this game to work. I've read every solution that I could find even going to battlefront forums to fix dxdiag errors but none of them work. I went to another post and decided to post this if anyone knows what error I have. So far I have updated my driver to the latest.

    igd10umd64.dll

    Intel Graphics Drivers are the cause.

    If you have a dedicated GPU it isn't using it.

    nVidia Control Panel -> 3D Settings -> Program Settings -> Add Program (PvZ) -> High Performance Processor

    ////

    AMD card is under "Switchable Graphics" in Catalyst Control Center

    If you do not have a dedicated GPU, try updating your intel drivers.

    This game doesn't run very good on an Intel HD4000 but it does run.  Anything older than an HD3000 I doubt it will run at all or very poorly.

    Your i3 has an HD2000 ☹️

    Minimum
    Video Card: NVIDIA 8800GT, AMD/ATI Radeon HD 5750

    Recommended
    Video Card: AMD Radeon 7870 or Better / NVIDIA Geforce GT660or better

    Bottom line...

    You might be able to get the game to launch by updating the drivers.. but I'm sorry it won't play it at any reasonable level.

    This game is made using the Battlefield 4 engine and thus requires a medium-end gaming computer from the last 5 years or so for optimal performance.  (gaming computer just really means a dedicated GPU)
